  Also known as opioids, dull the senses and relieve pain. Street names include Smack, Horse, Mud, Brown Sugar, Black Tat, Oxy, and Lean. They can include tablets, capsules, skin patches, powder, and chunks.​​

  Alters perception. Is known as Acid, Shrooms, Special K, and Caps. Aside from dried mushrooms, they can include blotters, and tablets.
• 

  Induce sleep and relive anxiety. Common names include Xanny, Benzos, Roofies, and Tranks. They can be in pills, syrup, and injectable liquids.
• 

  Synthetic substances that mimic controlled substances, while devised to circumvent drug laws. Known as Spice, Flakka, and Bath Salts. They can range from dried plant material, and granulated minerals.
• 

  Speeds up the body's system, making the user more energetic. Known as Coke, Crank, Snow,  Ice, and Speed. Can be in pills, powder, rocks, and liquids.
• 

  Mind-altering drug. Affects pleasure, thought, concentration, sensory and time perception, and coordination. Known as Hash, Marry Jane, Weed, and Pot. Only in the form of dry, shredded, green/brown mix of flowers, stems, seeds, and leaves from the cannabis sativa plant.

  Invisible volatile substances that induce psychoactive or mind-altering effects. Known as Gluey, Huff, and Rush. Found in common household products.

  Synthetic variants of male hormone testosterone. Abused for muscle growth, athleticism, and physical appearance. Knowns as Juice, Roids, and Stackers, they can be in tablets, capsules, liquid drops, and injectable solutions.

Graffiti/Tagging

Graffiti, a form of artistic expression and tagging, a form of hostile markings. Both can cross-over, in what is known as tagbanger. Identifying and recording these illegal markings can help you understand what types of threats surround your tenants, and can assist law enforcement in addressing them.
